What helps us quote accurately
The address and the heritage status of the property, roughly how many windows, doors or shutters are involved, and what the report is being prepared for. Those three things settle most of the fee.
If there is a planning deadline, say so at the outset. It affects what we can take on and when.
Send images if you have them
Photographs are not required in order to enquire, but they shorten the process considerably. Daylight, square-on to the window, with close views of the meeting rail, the cill and anywhere paint or timber has failed.
You can attach several to the form. If your files are larger than the form accepts, send the enquiry without them and we will reply with an upload link.
