A coded register
Every window identified by building, floor and elevation, so the same reference carries through survey, tender, works and completion.
Know the condition of every window you are responsible for, from a single building to a whole campus, with a phased programme behind it.

For schools, universities, hostels and estates, we build a window asset register of every opening, grade its condition and urgency, and set out a phased repair-or-replace programme with the evidence a planning authority and a procurement team both need.
A window asset register is a single numbered record of every window, door and shutter across an estate, coded so that each one can be identified by building, floor and elevation. It replaces the situation most estates find themselves in, which is a rough count and a folder of quotations.
Once it exists, the register does several jobs at once. It is the basis of the capital plan, the document that goes out to tender, the evidence for any consent application, and the record against which completed works are signed off.
Every window identified by building, floor and elevation, so the same reference carries through survey, tender, works and completion.
Urgent, recommended and monitor grades that turn one large figure into work that can be staged across budget years.
A summary schedule and totals a procurement team can tender from, and findings a planning authority can rely on.
